Pelican Watch is an ocean front beach house on Folly Beach, just 15 minutes away from historic downtown Charleston, South Carolina. It's a luxurious, spacious house that sleeps twelve (12) people with five bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The house is two stories with all the amenities including wireless Internet, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, cable TV, ceiling fans, and central heating and air conditioning. A sundeck and screen porch connects to a boardwalk with direct beach access.
The house is an excellent choice for family vacations, family reunions, graduations, weddings, wedding guests and quiet getaways. It's also an ideal winter getaway for 2 or 3 couples who want to live on the beach during the winter months. (Winter rentals are on a monthly basis.)
