Calendar Main Page and Rates
Weekly rates vary from season to season, holidays and other special events. These rates are posted with each week along with the availability.
Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday the following week.
There is a required twelve-and-a-half (12.5) percent Accommodation Tax on the rental fee.
We also charge a $400 REFUNDABLE damage deposit. For events on premises this deposit is $1000.
Cleaning service on departure is $135.
Linens and towels included at no charge.
