Rental Instructions
1. Locate an available week from the HomeAway calendar page.
2. Click here to find the corresponding rental rate.
3. If interested in renting, send an email to PelicanWatch to reserve your week.
4. Locate the contract page and follow the instructions for printing, signing and mailing the contract.
5. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of deposit and to confirm your week of the beach house rental.
6. Your rental dates and rates are guaranteed after the contracts and deposit have been received.
